REALLY NICE JOB

Called Colour Scheme for two projects on the exterior of my house. The first was some deck work. Although a long weekend, their staff member came out and did a really nice job and completed the job before the end of the weekend. For the second project, which was exterior painting of the house, the painter (the same one for the entire portion), arrived early and stayed late almost every day, until it was done. The only issue was weather, which they can’t control. I am looking at some work now and I will definitely be calling them.

QUALITY JOB DONE

I recently used Colour Scheme to paint the outside of my house. This is the second time I used them for the job and both times it was a great customer service experience with a quality job done. They were prompt to quote, managed my expectations through the start and end days, ensured their equipment was not in my way, painters on site were super friendly, surfaces were properly prep (including some wood replacement), paint job was perfect, and cleanup superb.

WONDERFUL JOB

Dan provided quick service when contacted for quote. Trevor did a wonderful job painting my vent stacks, price was reasonable. There was a bit of confusion with office personal providing/getting work date scheduled but otherwise quality of work was spot on. Definitely would recommend Colour Scheme!!

FINAL PRODUCT TURNED OUT
BEAUTIFULLY

WI had Colour Scheme out to my home to do some interior wall repair (from wallpaper damage), and painting. I was very pleased with the service I received. The painter’s attention to details was much appreciated, as I am very detail oriented myself and not always the easiest critic! He called me over to where he was working a few times to have me look at what he had done, and asked if I was pleased with what I saw. I thought that was wonderful. The final product turned out beautifully! In the past I have had a diffident painting company out to my house (will remain unnamed), and there was a sense of rush/ urgency with them that I dint feel with the painter from Colour Scheme. This put me at ease, as I knew he was taking his time with the work and doing it to a higher standard. The painter also showed up on time both days, and cleaned up his mess. Because the work was being done in the kitchen I was happy that all the cupboards and appliances were protected with plastic for all standing. Should I have another painting project in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Colour Scheme again.

ALWAYS ON TIME

Dan and his crew were great. They were very professional, courteous always on time, and took great care of my personal items, furniture etc. They cleaned up every day and left my house ready for us to use with very little inconvenience while they were completing the job. ADVICE MUCH APPRECIATED

Work was begun on time. Areas involved were kept very tidy with end-of-day cleanup each day. Project was completed to our satisfaction. Follow-up by Dan regarding any problems was a bit surprising because I was not used to a company doing that once they had been paid. Tony did an excellent job repairing plaster before painting. Advice received about what paint to use (sheen, durability, etc.) was much appreciated because the choices can be daunting.

EFFICIENT WORK, MINIMUM DISTURBANCE

Being a retail store owner, I had very specific paint needs that continued to change over the course of a few months. Dan had no problem coming out to my store multiple times and providing multiple quotes as our needs continued to change. The quotes were fast and very competitive and the work was done just as efficiently with minimum disturbance to our store/customers.

EXCELLENT WORK, FAIR PRICING

I would highly recommend Colour Scheme! We had our entire interior home and ceilings completed. The staff was always professional and clean. The job is spectacular. We also replaced carpets and they came back for a few touch-ups after replacing the flooring. Excellent work, professional staff, fair pricing!

RESTORED MY FAITH

Thank you for restoring my faith in the service industry. I had a horrible experience of paying for new windows throughout my home, only to have them all be the wrong colour on installation. The company refused to replace or fix their mistake and walked away with my money, leaving my house ruined. I was devastated, as this was a home reno that took a significant time to save up for. Tricia and Dan were so helpful to listen to me vent on the phone and came to my aid by painting the 4 feature windows that faced the front of the house in a matter of days to the colour they were supposed to be. All the staff, including the painters were fabulous! Thank you for being so understanding and helping me.

About a week after the job was completed we damaged one of our walls and they were very nice about scheduling us in quickly and sending someone to repair our wall.

They are courteous and professional, and if they do make a mistake, they are quick to correct it. On at least 2 occasions Dan had his team do extra touch-ups that were clearly not part of the original agreement. You only get what you pay for, and we are happy we paid for Colour Scheme.

Friendly, Qualified and Courteous

What an awesome experience….. Our entire home painted top to bottom, walls, doors, baseboards, new closet doors installed everywhere, oak caps re-done, kitchen cabinets outstanding!! Awesome staff all the way around…… They are as professional as you get, friendly, qualified, courteous, they aim to please and wow are they punctual, what a clean-up they do…..
